If subscribers cancel within 30 days after the product is ordered or received and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a full credit of the price for the annual subscription.
If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a 5/6th credit of the price for the annual subscription. No credit will be given for cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date. In addition, there are many useful references to how other jurisdictions (especially the United Kingdom) deal with problematic questions. Clear statements of the law are brought to life by extensive analysis of the decisions of the courts of Hong Kong. The book includes self-test questions and suggestions for further reading, designed to help students to check their understanding and deepen their knowledge of the subject.

Lawrence Ma
B Comm, LLB, LLM, MCIArb, AHKIArb, TEP Lawrence holds three degrees from the University of Queensland, Australia - a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws by thesis. He was a pupil to Mr James Douglas QC (now the Hon Justice Douglas of the Supreme Court of Queensland) and was admitted to practice at the Queensland Bar in 1996. In 1999, Mr Ma extended his professional practice to the New South Wales Bar and had then been the only Chinese-speaking barrister to practise at the Australian Bar. He joined the Hong Kong Bar in 2008 and has been practicing as a Barrister at Law in Hong Kong since. Lawrence has taught in the Law Faculty of two Australian Universities and is also an Adjunct Professor of the Nankai University in Tianjin, China. Lawrence is a Member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners, along with a number of other prestigious appointments. Such include: Council Member of the China Law Society Council Member of the Chinese Judicial Studies Association, an affiliated organisation of the Supreme People’s Court
