Antony Sin

Antony MH Sin is a barrister-at-law, with an abundant experience in discrimination law, land law, company law and financial law. He has contributed to Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong and The Annotated Ordinances of Hong Kong. Mr Sin has served in various appeal boards of the HKSAR, including Transport Tribunal, Torture Chaims Appeal Board, Post-Release Supervision Board and Telecommunications (Competition Provisions) Appeal Board

Steven B. Gallagher

Steven Gallagher was awarded a first class LLB and called to the Bar of England and Wales. Steven teaches equity and trusts, and property law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 2013, Steven introduced the Principles of Art, Antiquities, Cultural Heritage and the Law course to the LLM programme. Steven’s publications include articles in international journals. His most recent book publications are Equity and Trusts in Hong Kong (2020), and Protecting Built Heritage in Hong Kong (2021). Steven’s research interests include property law, unjust enrichment, art, antiquities, cultural heritage and the law, law and history, and innovative teaching methods including using superhero films to teach law.

Alwin Chan

Alwin Chan is currently a Principal Lecturer for the Department of Professional Legal Education at the University of Hong Kong. part from his teaching responsibilities, he has engaged in various research projects and academic papers on, inter alia, eminent domain, and property rights. He was called to the Bar in 2005 and has maintained a civil practice encompassing land disputes, building management disputes, and personal injuries
